Boe Mencarelli owns and operates Tat2TimesInc in Palm Bay, Florida and is Co-owner of Southern Most Tatttoo Inc in Key West, Florida. He has been a professional tattoo artist since the 1980s and has owned and managed studios on the west coast of the United States as well as Florida. Tat2Times Inc. was opened in 2004 and still maintains a steady and loyal clientele today. He has received many awards for his art including 1st place Olympia, Wa. Ink Fest, hosted by "story Book Tattoo ; 2004 lst place Seattle Tattoo Expo, 2004, Tacoma Wa. My name is Vanessa Harper, i have been tattooing since 2008. I love creating custom art, and no idea is too strange. I am committed to working with my clients and turning their ideas into tattoos that we are both proud of. My name is Derek Edmonds, I have been professionally tattooing since 2007. I apprenticed in Indiana, moved to Maryland and worked there for 4 years. Now I’m here in Palm Bay, FL ready to lay down the best artwork that I can to each and every client that sits in my chair.
I specialize in: Full color custom work, color & gray scale realism, color & gray scale portraiture, wildlife, line sculpting, flow/movement and extreme depth. I prefer that each piece is rendered custom to each individual.
If you have ideas, references, find pictures online, please print them out and bring them in. I’ll be more than happy to sit down and have an in depth consultation with you. I will go over the entire process with you from start to finish and make sure you know the quality and effort I will put in to your new tattoo.

Tat2times Inc. was established in 1997 in Olympia Wa. The Palm Bay Store Opened in june 2004. What we do here is ink, and we like to think we're keeping some high standards where that is concerned. We try to gear our shop more towards the custom art as opposed to starndard run of the mill Flash work. We try to create a one of a kind tattoo for every single person who walk's in our door. It is our opinion that there is nothing worse then bumping into another person who has the same tattoo that you do, so we try to create a unique Tattoo every time.
